Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly forbidden within the interior of Utopia.  An outside designated area in the down wind corner to the rear of the cockpit is provided for smoking and respect for other passengers and the environment is strongly advocated.

Weather & Tides

In some parts of the journey in the Hinchinbrook area, we may experience tidal movements. While we do not believe these will regularly affect our services, we may occasionally have to alter departure times to ensure your safety and comfort and to provide maximum enjoyment on the trip.

Toilet Operation

Many people are nervous about the efficiency and operation of boat toilets. The Vacuflush systems used by Riviera are very easy to use and alleviate all those concerns. It is, however, very important to note that the flushing of female sanitary products or other foreign items will
cause toilet system failure and embarrassment.

A disposal bin and bags for these items is located in the vanity cupboard in both bathrooms. Full toilet operation instruction notices are posted and are easy to follow.
