Payments

1. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% must accompany a signed and completed ‘booking form’. Once this is received Utopia Charters will send you written confirmation of your reservation.

2. Final payment

Final payment and any outstanding amounts owed by the purchaser must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.  Failure to fulfil this obligation will result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

3. Cancellations

Purchasers or passengers that cancel their bookings less than 60 days prior to the departure date will forfeit the full value of their cruise.  If for any reason a passenger fails to turn up and board the Utopia on the departure date then they will forfeit the full value of the cruise.
It is the sole responsibility of every purchaser and passenger to provide adequate transfer arrangements in order to meet the departure time of Utopia for a booked cruise.  Utopia Charters will not be held liable for the actions of any carrier that may result in the failure of a purchaser or passenger to meet the designated departure time, nor will Utopia Charters be held liable for any ensuing costs, delays, losses, or subsequent expenses that may be incurred as a result of the failure of another carrier.
