Utopia Charters is an operator of adventure travel cruises and passengers may occasionally encounter some personal discomforts and risks.  Utopia Charters expects every passenger on board the vessel to fully understand the risks involved and is prepared to accept that those risks form part of the nature of the charter.  Management and Crew of the vessel will take every possible and reasonable precaution in accordance with regulations specified under Survey Registration Certificate No 23346QC issued in Queensland and will take all due care in the course of operations, however, neither Utopia Charters nor any of its employees takes any responsibility for illness, accident, death, property damage or loss incurred by passengers.  Also, Utopia Charters will also not be held liable for any breach of contract caused directly or indirectly by civil unrest, an act of god, natural disaster, force majeure, industrial dispute or war.
